1. Work Hours & Flexibility

  • We operate on a results-driven model. Employees are encouraged to work when they are most productive, while being available for core collaboration hours (10 AM – 4 PM local time).
  • Flexibility is key. As long as deadlines are met and communication is clear, team members are trusted to manage their own schedules.

2. Remote Work

  • Be Musix is a remote-first company. Team members can work from anywhere unless a role-specific requirement is defined.
  • Employees must maintain secure internet access and a distraction-free environment while working remotely.
  • Virtual communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Notion) must be used for daily updates and collaboration.

  • Weekly team meetings and one-on-ones help keep everyone aligned and supported.
  • All team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, give feedback, and participate in decision-making.

  • Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action.

5. Use of Company Resources

  • Company tools, software, and data must be used responsibly and exclusively for work purposes.
  • Intellectual property—including artist content and internal documents—must be handled with strict confidentiality.

6. Time Off & Well-being

  • We offer flexible paid time off (PTO), including mental health days. We strongly encourage everyone to take regular breaks to recharge.
  • Sick leave, personal time, and parental leave policies are outlined in the employee handbook and comply with applicable laws.

7. Performance & Accountability

  • Every team member is responsible for their performance and growth.
